REGISTRATION

All delegates from schools all over the world are invited to join. Delegates must sign up using the Google Form below. 

Early Registration

January 14 - February 14

$20 per delegate

Regular Registration

February 14 - March 6

$25 per delegate

Late Registration

March 6 - March 16

$35 per delegate

CONFERENCE PROCEDURE

As a virtual conference, our procedures will differ from in-person conferences.

Zoom Procedure

  • Chairs will screen-share timers and resolutions 

  • ​Delegates will be expected to write notes to others using the chat

  • Polls shall be utilized to vote on procedure or documents

Moderated Caucuses

  • Delegates must use the raise hand function to be added to the speakers list

  • Chairs may mute and unmute delegates accordingly​

  • ​Points/motions may be made in the chat if necessary

Unmoderated Caucuses

  • Delegates will be free to move between breakout rooms (which will act as "blocs")

  • Chairs will alternate between breakout rooms to keep track of delegate participation

Detailed guidelines will be sent to registered delegates as the conference nears.
