CONFERENCE PROCEDURE
As a virtual conference, our procedures will differ from in-person conferences.

Zoom Procedure
-
Chairs will screen-share timers and resolutions
-
​Delegates will be expected to write notes to others using the chat
-
Polls shall be utilized to vote on procedure or documents

Moderated Caucuses
-
Delegates must use the raise hand function to be added to the speakers list
-
Chairs may mute and unmute delegates accordingly​
-
​Points/motions may be made in the chat if necessary

Unmoderated Caucuses
-
Delegates will be free to move between breakout rooms (which will act as "blocs")
-
Chairs will alternate between breakout rooms to keep track of delegate participation
Detailed guidelines will be sent to registered delegates as the conference nears.
